Graduation project
Identifying and defining IT Operations personas
(Under NDA)
Design research | Research methodology | User-interview | Qualitative research analysis

Timeline: 6 month
Context
In regards to Ops people, there are multiple and varied viewpoint of people involved in operations. There is lack of understanding about who are Ops people, what are their need, their team structure. This inadequate information creates barriers in identifying the actual pain points and challenges faced by the Ops users, which eventually obstructs in providing a better experience and solution to the user.
Problem statement
To build a shared understanding of the Ops people, defining persona that help in aligning the triad team( researcher, designer, product manager) in understanding Ops people, their needs, goals, etc. and also help in creating single source of information about the users which eventually helps in decision making across multiple business units
